Two teenagers noticed a woman passed out behind the wheel of
her car around 12:45am. The 19-year-old and 17-year-old boys called 911 when
they saw the woman drive away, stopping just a few feet later.
The 17-year-old proceeded to take the keys
out of the woman’s car. Upon the officer’s arrival, the 25-year-old woman was
arrested for driving under the influence, as well as transporting an open
container.
