Olivia Carolee Culbreath, 21 years old, had been driving under the influence going 100 miles per hour east, on a westbound highway when her car collided with another car driven by 57 year old, Joel Cortez, whose vehicle then collided with a red Ford, killing six people.

Six people are dead as the result of an accident allegedly caused by 21-year-old Olivia Culbreath. According to police, Culbreath was intoxicated at the time of the crash and was driving the wrong way on the 60 Freeway in California.
