A Florida man was arrested Sunday night around 10:30pm
after driving drunk with his 4-year-old son in the car. David Higgins, 26, was
charged with driving under the influence and child neglect at a Wendy’s
following the Super Bowl.
The employees at the fast food restaurant identified
that Higgins was intoxicated and called police when they saw the child in the
car. He failed multiple sobriety tests conducted by police. He was released on
$2,500 bail on Monday.
