A 44-year-old man has been charged with driving under the
influence and endangerment after driving into a Phoenix home while allegedly intoxicated.
Three people and some pets were present when the van drove into the home at
2:30am. No one but the driver, who sustained only cuts and bruises, was injured
in the accident. It is suspected that the driver was speeding at 40mph in the
25mph zone.
