New Jersey Man Arrested for Drunk Driving After Multiple Prior Convictions

James Versaci has been again charged with operating a vehicle which intoxicated after being arrested near a high school in Macomb Township, NJ.
The 43-year-old had a blood alcohol level of 0.24% and has two prior convictions for drunk driving. His blood alcohol level was three times higher than the New Jersey limit of .08%. After being arrested on school property, his bail was set at $15,000 and he will be in court facing his charges Feb. 24.
