Damon Tobias Exum, 37, has been arrested for multiple
charges, including reckless driving and his third DUI, after hitting a police
car on the highway. Exum hit the officer’s car and then was chased and pulled
over on suspicion of drunk driving.
When prompted for his license and
registration, Exum reportedly handed the officer a beer. He was unaware that he
had collided with the patrol car.
