Amherst Police Charge New Hampshire Mother With Drunk Driving, Child Endangerment

Police have arrested a New Hampshire mother this past Sunday for drunk driving with a child in the car. This was not her first offense on operating under the influence, and police struggled when attempting custody.
Liberty J. Lynn, 34, of Merrimack, New Hampshire, was charged with operating a moving vehicle with negligent endangerment, child endangerment while under the influence, and possession of a class B drug, which is claimed to be a pharmaceutical. The child is currently in custody of a friend, although the State Department of Children and Families are further addressing the situation.
