Adam Winney, 22-year-old, was pulled over by an officer
after a traffic violation. Under further investigation, officers found Winney
was driving drunk and also was driving with a suspended license after a
previous DWAI conviction.
The officer proceeded to search Winney’s car and
found 9.5 grams of marijuana. He is now facing a handful of charges, including
DWI and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
