Early Thursday morning 23-year-old, Quentin Burnley, drove
up on the sidewalk and critically injured 30-year-old jogger Tiffany Brantley,
while intoxicated. Burnley was arrested for drunk driving, registering his
blood alcohol level at .12.
Brantley suffered from a broken tibia and fibula, if she
survives, doctors fear she may be paralyzed. Burnley could face up to three
years in prison.
