3 year old, Olvin Figueroa of Queens, was hit by a drunk driver on the night of October 11th. The driver, Gilbert Echeverria, came back to the scene to help Figueroa’s parents take the boy to the hospital.
Sadly he was pronounced dead at the hospital and Echeverria was charged with vehicular homicide among other charges.
