Carol Frances Omeara, 55, was arrested after calling 911 saying she was too drunk to get out of her vehicle.
After the dispatcher asked if she was having a medical or mechanical issue, Omeara replied she was too drunk.
Omeara has three previous DUI convictions and prosecutors said her blood-alcohol level was 0.311% this time. That’s four times the limit at which a driver is considered legally intoxicated.
