Nursing Student Struck and Killed by Drunken Driver

A drunken driver recently killed a senior nursing student near Chico State University. Kristina Chesterman was announced brain dead in late September after she was hit riding her bike.
Chesterman was listed as an organ donor and since she has passed, she has saved three lives. Through all of these organ donations, Christina’s spirit will continue to live on. Her mother, Sandra, says she will become an advocate for drunken driving and bicycle safety in memory of her daughter.
