Sean M. Foster was arrested on
October 6th after driving while intoxicated. He is being charged
with operating under the influence and causing serious bodily injury; operating
a motor vehicle to endanger, negligent; marked lanes violations, as well as
speeding. Before Foster’s arrest, he drove his Volkswagen into a utility pole
and tree around 1:30 a.m.
Two of the four passengers that
were in the vehicle were rushed to Baystate Medical Center. Foster, who
currently attends the University of Massachusetts, declined treatement and is
scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
