At 4:00 a.m on Sunday morning, former child star
Amanda Bynes was arrested for alleged drunk driving at an intersection in the
Sherman Oaks section of Los Angeles. Police say that she was cooperative but
disheveled when taken to the police station.
She was released on Sunday with a $15,000
bail. Her court date is set for October 23rd. Bynes is currently serving a
3-year probation from a previous DUI in 2012.
Bynes was also arrested in May of 2013 for
unlawful possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment, and tampering with
physical evidence.
