This past
Friday, Rachel Brand, of Woodbridge, VA was arrested for drunken driving and
child neglect. Brand was stopped by police after the officer spotted her drift
out of the lane and drove into a construction barrel.
Upon being pulled over,
the officer noticed that the car had severe damage and her air bags had been
deployed. Not only was she endangering herself with her actions, but also
completely ignored the safety and well being of her 3-year-old daughter.
