On Sunday,
October 12th at 11:30 P.M, Justin
Mudgett, 27, was arrested in Framingham, MA on suspected drunk driving charges.
He was pulled over for going 50 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone, as
well as turning without using a signal. He smelled strongly of alcohol and
admitted to drinking two beers prior to driving.
The police officer noticed
that he had an open bottle of Busch beer in the drink holder and an open bottle
of Schnapps in the SUV. A breathalyzer test showed that Mudgett was more than
twice the legal limit. Mudgett was charged with driving under the influence and
having an open container of alcohol in the car.
