A 38 year-old Webster, Wisconsin man, Jason W. Belisle, had
his initial appearance in Sawyer County Circuit Court on a felony charge of
operating while intoxicated. This is the Belisle’s 10th offense.
He lost
control of his vehicle while driving on the highway and traveled into a ditch.
It then overturned and came to rest on its hood. Belisle was found 200 yards
away from the vehicle, with just minor injuries. His blood alcohol level showed
.185 percent, more than double the legal limit.
