Early Sunday on Long Island, NY, James
O’Conner was driving his Volkswagen Passat around Suffolk County, when he was
pulled over for swerving all over the road at approximately 3:30 AM.
His two daughters, a five year and
eight month old were on board while he proceeded to drive under the influence
around 3:30 AM.
O’Conner was charged with a DWI with a
passenger under 16, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
