A 59-year-old Attleboro, MA man, Julio C. Gonzales, is
facing drunken driving charges related to a hit-and-run accident near his home.
Gonzales pleaded innocent in Attleboro District Court.
Gonazales is also facing
charges for threatening a police officer in addition to drunken driving and
leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. Gonzalez allegedly drove
his pickup truck into a stonewall and a mail box and then proceeded to drive
home, according to police.
