11-Year-Old Brooklyn Boy In Drunk Driving Crash Dies Of Injuries

An 11 year old boy, Dylan Perry, died on earlier this year when he succumbed to injuries suffered when his stepfather Anthony Pollydore, 65, crashed headfirst into a light post. Authorities said the boy’s stepfather’s alcohol blood level was measured at .094.
Pollydore was ordered held without bail and his license was suspended after getting charged with aggravated vehicular assault and aggravated drunken driving with a child. However, those counts have been upgraded after the child passed away. Pollydore was observed by two witnesses driving in a high rate of speed" before hitting a median and crashing head-on into the pole. He also has two DWI convictions from 2004 and 2009.
