A Cleveland man has been charged with drunk driving and
leaving the scene of the accident after hitting a pedestrian crossing the
street. Travis Clay, 49, was arrested at around 5pm after hitting a 54-year-old
woman just before noon the same day.
The woman was taken to the hospital and
was reported to be in serious, but stable condition.
