Ohio Man Pleads Not Guilty in Drunk Driving Death


Douglas Learn, 42, plead not guilty in court after a 28-year-old man was pronounced dead resulting from an accident. Learn is suspected to have been driving under the influence when he hit an Amish buggy, killing Joseph Byler, and then drove away from the scene.
He is charged with second-degree felony aggravated vehicular homicide, drunken driving and driving under suspension. In addition, Learn has several prior convictions, which include driving under suspension. Byler’s family members were treated for injuries from the crash, but were not life-threatening.
