23-year-old Jacqueline Rocha died on the spot after being hit by
19-year-old Serigo Sanchez Jr., who was driving under the influence. According
to sources, Rocha was ejected from the vehicle upon impact and died at the
scene.
The three other survivors are taken to the hospital, one being seriously
injured. Sanchez was arrested at the scene and has been taken to the Harris
County Jail in Houston where was is charged with intoxicated manslaughter with
vehicle and assault with vehicle.
