Will Blood Test for Drunk Drivers be stopped?

A method for convicting drunk drivers is to take a blood to be tested for alcohol and/or drugs.  In which law enforcement take the blood without a warrant and is perfectly legal until now.  “The U.S. Supreme Court ruled against warrantless blood draws in limited circumstances”

Sgt. Carl Hickey says he almost always gets a warrant for the blood that is draw because judges are available 24/7. He also believes the new rule allows exceptions because of the limited amount of time in which you can collect the blood sample, the judges are more likely to approve the warrant.  But there are other states like Ohio who do not have a 24/7 judge because there is only one.
