A suspected drunk driver effusively
gives two thumbs up to the camera, after having taken part in an accident while
driving under the influence on Nov. 30th.
The man was smiling for reasons
different to what some might assume.
The driver was joyful and very
thankful of the fact that Sgt. Vargas saved his life, after the accident. A
post on Facebook by the unidentified man elaborates on how he is thankful to be
alive after Sgt. Vargas intervened in the scene of the accident.
As the Facebook post detailed; the
man was about to be pulled over by Sgt. Vargas for suspected drunk driving when
he sped away. His escape efforts ran short, when the man jumped a curb and
crashed upsides down into a pond.
