More than a dozen people were enjoying a holiday light
display when alleged drunk driver, Ismael Soto, hit them. 28-year-old Soto was
driving with a suspended license when he tried to pass another vehicle, resulting
in him plowing into the crowd.
Soto’s red pickup truck hit seven pedestrians and two parked
cars filled with six passengers, trying to enjoy the holiday lights. Eleven
people had to be taken to the hospital, with four of them listed in critical
condition.
