46-year-old David Frates form Easton, Massachusetts was
recently indicted at the Bristol County Grand Jury for charges including his
eighth drunk driving offense. Frates is currently being held without bail with
no arraignment date scheduled yet.
Police found Frates behind the wheel at 1:30am holding a
mixed drink, as well as an open brandy bottle. Spokeswoman for the Registry of
Motor Vehicle, Sara Lavoi, said “Frates’ driving record includes nine drunk
driving arrest and seven drunk driving convictions.”
