A 17-year-old diver of Madison, Wisconsin, was clocked going 100 miles per hour early Sunday morning. Hilario Lopez-Xelhua was arrested after the deputy conducted field sobriety tests.
Lopez-Xelhua isn’t a stranger to arrests; he has been arrested on multiple accounts previously. This time open intoxicants were also found in the vehicle at the time of the arrest.
