After attending Country Fest at
Gillette stadium about five years back, two young girls were killed in a
drunken driving accident after tailgating. 20-year-old Deborah David and
19-year-old Alexa Lateo were both killed on the night of the concert.
Their
families have been fighting for the past five years to hold someone responsible
for not monitoring underage drinking at the venue. A settlement has finally
been reached for an undisclosed amount of money and lawyers for the Kraft
companies had no comment on the agreement.
