Drunk Driving Accident Claims the Life of 11-year-old Brooklyn Boy


Anthony Pollymore, 65, is being held without bail on multiple charges after his 11-year-old stepson died from injuries sustained in a drunk driving accident. Poly more was driving his stepson Dylan Perry with a blood alcohol level of 0.094, which is over the legal limit of 0.08.
Two other children were in the vehicle, with only one of them sustaining minor injuries. This is Pollymore's third DUI in the past ten years. He is currently charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child and aggravated vehicle assault. The death of Perry will soon upgrade these charges to reflect for his loss of life.
