The Texas Department of Transportation is luring people in with a chance to win a trip to New York City on New Year’s Eve. Many of the local police officers have signed the pledge and the department of transportation has been traveling around the state to places like malls to spread awareness and to get people to take the pledge to drive sober during the holiday season.
