Pushing To Change Maryland and District of Columbia Drunk Driving Law



Mothers Against Drunk Driving are trying to make a change. According to Jan Withers with M.A.D.D., 20 states require all convicted drunk drivers to use an ignition interlock device.
In Virginia, this applies to first time offenders, but not in Maryland and District of Columbia. Advocates want to see this change.
