A San Francisco judge is suggesting a two-year suspension
of the law license of Marc Guillory after repeated DUIs.
Guillory has three
previous convictions for drunk driving and has been accused of “badging” in
attempts to get out of arrests. According to police, when pulled over, Guillory
showed officers his deputy district attorney’s badge when asked to show his
license, which is a request for preferential treatment. In 1999, before
becoming a lawyer, Guillory had a misdemeanor for driving with alcohol
influence after an accident killed his cousin who was his passenger.
