Paul Hylkema, 17-years-old, was pulled over by police after
they witnessed him speeding, tailgating and weaving in and out of traffic. When
police approached Hylkema’s car they could smell alcohol.
The teen then failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.
He is now facing charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, following too
close, moved from lane unsafely and operating out of class.
