In Columbus, Ohio, Judge Dean Wilson struck a plea deal
resulting in his drunk driving charge being dropped. The Judge plead guilty to
the charge of leaving the scene of a crash after he hit a COTA bus.
The Judge refused to take a sobriety test ad the arresting
officer stated that he felt he would have tested under. Wilson is known for
warning young people of the dangers of drinking and driving in his court.
