Woman Struck By Suspected Drunk Driver At Home Recovering

Caroline Fouts was out celebrating her birthday before she was struck by John Cecil Jr.’s car back in December. Cecil hit Fouts in a crosswalk and continued to drive for about two blocks before finally coming to a stop. The whole time, Caroline was on top of the car.
