A drunk driver was seen by police
officials to be running over a man’s leg in a parking lot and then drove away;
not before hitting two other cars.
Police pulled over the man and arrested him
early on Sunday, and charged him with “second offense drunken driving, causing
injury and driving with a revoked license.”
