Remi Gross-Santos, 17-years-old, is being charged with
aggravated driving while intoxicated at 7 a.m. Gross-Santos was allegedly still
drunk from the night before when he decided to drive himself to his Portsmouth
High School graduation rehearsal.
While driving his Volvo sedan, he crossed
over the center lane hitting Lisa Beaudry, 60, and Karen Weinhold, 69.
