Bradley Fluent, 39-years-old, injured an 9-year-old while
allegedly driving while drunk on Interstate 86. Fluent was driving down I-86
between Exits 21 and 23 when he stuck a concrete barrier; not realizing the
road was closed for construction.
He was arrested for DWI, aggravated DWI, DWI
with a child, disobey a traffic control device,
and endangering the welfare of a child.
