Man Charged With Murder - Accused Of Drunk Driving

52-Year Old David Gurley cause an accident on Sunday in Louisville which involved four cars. He was driving a Ford Explorer and rammed the back of a motorcyclist who was stopped at a red light. He also hit a sedan which caused it to crash into yet another vehicle.

The motorcyclist was taken to a near by hospital with life-threatening injuries, and later died because of them. The people in the other two vehicles sustained non life-threatening injuries.

Gurley smell of alcohol and admitted to drinking prior that night, and had a BAC of .295. Reports say he did not show any signs of remorse after the accident. He stepped out of his car and demanded a light for his cigarette, and never bothered to check his, or any other vehicle for damage, and never bothered to check on the motorists involved.

He has been charged with murder, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, four counts of wanton endangerment and one count of failing to maintain required motor vehicle insurance.

And hopefully they lock him up to make him pay for what he's done, but something tells me he's not the type of individual who will be at all affected by prison.
