A Crestwood, Kentucky man who previously plead guilty for
charges on DUI manslaughter has been arrested for drunk driving. Cody File plead
guilty to the 2009 death of 18-year-old Caroline Minks after he caused the
accident which killed the young girl.
He was sentenced to 14 years in prison
for the DUI manslaughter conviction, but was released in 2012 on shock
probation. He is now being charged with “charged with DUI, failure to report a
traffic accident, operating on a suspended operator's license, failure to
surrender a revoked operator's license and failure to wear a seat belt.”
