A Los Angeles judge has sentenced 1970s teen heartthrob
David Cassidy to three months in rehab and five years of probation in a drunk
driving case. His attorney, Steven Graff Levine, entered an open plea admitting
that Cassidy was driving under the influence at the time of his arrest after
making an illegal turn in January.
Cassidy has been in rehab and is said to stay there longer
than his sentence requires. Levine stated that Cassidy is committed to his
sobriety and wants to work on break the cycle that got him arrested for DUI
