Kim David Burke, 61, of Hingham is currently being held
without bail for drunk driving after police observed him driving. Burke’s
license was permanently revoked after being convicted multiple times of drunk
driving, this being his sixth charge.
He is being charged with operating under
the influence of alcohol, driving with a revoked license, and driving to
endanger. The District Attorney requested Burke stay in jail under
Massachusetts’ dangerousness law. Burke has had his license permanently revoked
for life three prior times.
