Anthony Pollymore, 65, is being held without bail
on multiple charges after his 11-year-old stepson died from injuries
sustained in a drunk driving accident. Poly more was driving his stepson Dylan
Perry with a blood alcohol level of 0.094, which is over the legal limit of
0.08.
Two other children were in the vehicle, with only one of them sustaining
minor injuries. This is Pollymore's third DUI in the past ten years. He is
currently charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child and aggravated
vehicle assault. The death of Perry will soon upgrade these charges to reflect
for his loss of life.
