Elizabeth M. Facey, 21, was charged with driving under
the influence, committing a serious injury while driving drunk, child
endangerment while drunk driving, and failure to stop at a red light after
causing a crash wither her 3-year-old child in the car.
Facey hit a minivan,
causing the vehicle to be partially submerged into a quarry. Three children
were in the minivan and one of the children sustained serious injuries. Facey’s
child was not injured in the accident but DCF is currently investigating the
child endangerment charge.
