“Walk Like MADD” Raises Awareness For Drunk Driving

Mothers Against Drunk Driving held a fund raiser in Fort Worth, Texas last week to raise money for awareness of the dangers of drunk driving and how it can be prevented.  Fort Worth youth pastor Brian Jennings and 3 women were recently killed in an accident involving a drunk driving.

Pastor Jennings was killed when he and two of the women were helping someone whose car had broken down.  They were killed by a teenager who was intoxicated, speeding down the road in a pickup truck that struck the broken down vehicle. Team BJ was formed in Jennings’s honor and was made up of 150 locals who walked in the Walk Like MADD event, raising more money for the fundraiser than any other team.
