Vivian Vergayes, whose friend was
killed by a drunken driver, has started a new non-profit organization called
“Friends Against Drunk Driving”. The goal of the organization is to establish a
go-to person for those who have lost a friend or loved one due to a drunken
driver.
Mourners can find comfort in members of FADD during times of grief. The
non-profit began in July and now has over 2,000 followers thanks to social
media. The support group is striving to spread awareness and raise funds in
compliance with Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
