In Denver, drivers who refuse to take a sobriety test will
be labeled a persistent drunk driver as of January 1st. The result
of this will be not being able to drive for two months.
On top of that, they
will have to get a Breathalyzer put in their car to be able to drive with a
suspended license for the remaining year.
