Starr Kiogima-McGill, 28, was sentenced to 25 – 50 years in
prison for driving drunk two years ago for causing a crash that killed her
daughter. Kiogima-McGill’s blood-alcohol
level was at least three times the legal amount at the time of the crash. She
was found guilty of second-degree murder and drunken driving causing death.
Kiogima-McGill’s
daughter, 4-year-old Natalie, was in her car seat without being buckled in when
her mother lost control of the SUV, which rolled over multiple times.
Natalie was thrown from the SUV into the median and died.
