Abdallah Khader was just two-years-old when Stewart
Richardson was drunk and crashed into his family’s car back in 2009. That crash
damaged 80 percent of Abdallah’s brain and left him in a vegetative state.
Abdallah, now eight-years-old, died from his injuries this week.
Richardson’s blood alcohol level was more than three times
the legal limit the night of the crash. Even more surprising is that he had
seven previous DWI convictions in four different states.
